Why would you want to throw away the cooking sauce from the crock pot?

This slow cooker country style ribs recipe was the best ever. Every one in the family raved about it. The ribs were done in 7 hours on low in my crock pot though. They were fall of the bone delicious. I didn’t have any chili powder so I used a couple drops of hot sauce.

I have always put the ribs in the crockpot with BBQ sauce. But I have never put them under the broiler after they’re done and I’ve never added onions before. I much prefer the country style rib with no bone, you just don’t have to mess with the bones. Do you use the whole bottle of sauce in the crockpot or just enough to cover the ribs and onions? I’m definitely going to do the broiler thing. Thanks! 🙂

I can't get the ribs from the slow cooker to the pan. They fall apart (or get eaten!) I may never know how the finished product tastes. #nobroiler Thanks, awesome!
