These quick and easy Salami Cream Cheese Roll-Ups require just 3 ingredients and take about 10 minutes to prepare. The salami, cream cheese and banana peppers are such a tasty combination – so good, you may want to make extra. Sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
Ingredients Needed to Make Roll-Ups (full recipe at the bottom of the post)
- salami slices
- cream cheese
- banana pepper slices
All you need are three simple ingredients – salami, cream cheese, banana pepper slices, along with some toothpicks.
How to Make the Salami Cream Cheese Roll-Ups
On a clean countertop or cutting board, make 4 rows with 5 salami in each, all overlapping each other forming a rectangle.
Carefully spread cream cheese that’s softened to room temperature evenly over salami, leaving a little border.
Top the cream cheese with banana peppers evenly in a single layer.
Carefully roll the salami at the long end, rolling it tightly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour to allow the cream cheese to firm, to make for easy cutting. When ready, cut into bite size pieces.
Place a toothpick in the center of each roll-up and serve!
