Easy Boat Dip – 5 Ingredients, 5 Minute Prep
Only five ingredients to make this fantastic viral dip recipe – Sour cream, Rotel (tomatoes and diced green chilies), shredded cheese, corn and a packet of your favorite taco seasoning mix. Sure to be a hit with an empty bowl and requests for the recipe! Versatile, too, simple to adapt to your taste.
This Boat Dip recipe went viral on TikTok…it’s actually an adaption of my viral recipes, Fiesta Ranch Dip and Fiesta Party Dip, that I shared back in January 2014. “Boat Dip” uses taco seasoning in place of a ranch or fiesta ranch dressing/dip packet. A tasty variation of the original. A must-try!
I rocked the boat 😉 by adding corn…corn is optional. It’s great with or without corn.
