- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup water (or chicken stock)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
