Today’s spread has fresh spinach, dill, lemon juice, cream cheese, feta, garlic and onion…so good on your favorite crackers, bagels, bread, and veggies! This would be wonderful on turkey or veggie sandwiches and wraps too!

    Spinach & Dill Cheese Spread/Dip

    Print Recipe

    Ingredients
    • 6 oz bag of Fresh Baby Spinach
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 4 oz  Feta, crumbled
    • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
    • 3 Green Onions, chopped
    • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill (more if you like)
    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice

    Directions
In a sauce pan, heat olive oil on medium heat, add garlic, green onion and spinach. Cook, stirring spinach continuously, for approximately 5 minutes until done. Remove from pan, drain any excess liquid.

Chop spinach and place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until blended well.

Place in fridge and allow to chill for a few hours. Enjoy with your favorite crackers, breads, bagels and veggies!

    Thanks for stopping by!
    Cheers!

      Hi Mary!
This dip looks delicious. I love the combination of flavors that you used to create it. I also like that you used fresh spinach rather than frozen spinach.

Thanks for sharing on Marvelous Mondays last week! This recipe was the most viewed link at last week's party so I will be featuring it at tonight's party!

I can't wait to try this recipe. I love that it's gluten free, too. (I have a celiac kid, so we're learning to eat without wheat.) I bet this would even make some of my failed GF bread taste better! Thanks for linking up at One Creative Weekend! Enjoy your weekend. Pinning.
