Soy-Brown Sugar-Glazed Chicken Thighs…a tried and true winner winner chicken dinner! This recipe delivers big taste on a tight budget. Quick and easy, absolutely delicious, a must try!

Asian-inspired, sweet and savory chicken recipe that delivers the perfect combination of flavors! A quick and easy, budget friendly meal the whole family will love.

This wonderful tried and true recipe is from Betty Crocker. With just a few ingredients and minutes to throw together, it’s a great dinner option on a busy day. Serve with rice and steamed veggies and you have a tasty meal the whole family will enjoy.

It’s all about the sauce! The sauce is so good (only five ingredients), you might want to double it to make sure you have enough to spoon over rice and veggies.

I give this recipe five stars and will be making it again and again.

    Ingredients
    • 1 1/2 pounds skin-on bone-in chicken thighs
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

    Directions

For the directions and to print this wonderful recipe, please head over to Betty Crocker. While you are there, be sure to read the rave reviews!

I recommend serving the thighs alongside white/brown rice and steamed veggies. For a family of four, you will want to double the recipe.

*Please note, I have no affiliation with Betty Crocker, I’m just a fan.

    Thanks for stopping by!
    Cheers!
