I can’t tell you how many batches of Toll House chocolate chip cookies I’ve baked over the 17 years together. Pretty sure we’re reaching close to 20k cookies, give or a take a few dozen. Needless to say, I was ready to try something different.
A few weeks ago, actually during my girls’ trip to GA, I was introduced to Pinterest. If you haven’t heard of it, you should take a moment, sign up, take a tour. Be prepared to get sucked into a world like no other. You might find yourself pinning late into the night. Last night, I was pinning in my dreams. Help! Can’t Stop Pinning!
While on Pinterest, I found a recipe from a great Blog, not without salt, THE Chocolate Chip Cookie. After seeing the recipe, I couldn’t wait to make them!
I baked the cookies last night. I have a pretty picky husband…and HE LOVED THEM! The best indicator of a great chocolate chip cookie in our house, is how it tastes the next day – according to him, they are even better!
