Mary, your smothered chicken crockpot recipe looks amazing! It has been rainy & dark here, so this looks like a perfect weekend for this. I thought it was stroganoff at first. Love that too. I had made your BBQ shredded crockpot chicken a few weeks ago. I had some leftover, so I froze it. I pulled it out this week and added it to a salad with ranch dressing. Oh it was delicious! Thank you
