Allow the pretzels to marinate in the bag for 3 hours. During this time, gently shake/toss/turn the bag about every 30 minutes to ensure the pretzels are evenly coated.
After 3 hours, they're ready to enjoy!
Store pretzels in an airtight container or ziplock bag at room temperature for up to 7 days - if they last that long!
Notes
PLEASE NOTE: Baking is not required. These pretzels are crunchy, not wet or oily. During the 3-hours "marinating" in the bag, the pretzels absorb the oil, resulting in crunchy goodness. Some people insist on baking the pretzels. If you feel you must bake them, bake at 250°F for 10–15 minutes on a baking sheet.Recipe Source: This recipe has been around for over 20 plus years.
