Notes
Recipe adapted from Betty Crocker - Easy Beef Burrito SkilletTIPS
This recipe is super easy to adapt:
Substitute beef with ground turkey or chicken.
Don't have Rotel? Substitute with 1 cup salsa.
Not a fan of onion, skip it.
You can add peppers, corn and more to the ground beef.
Substitute black beans with pinto beans.
Not a fan of a lot of cheese? Reduce cheese by half - skip folding the 1 cup of cheese into mixture and just add 1 cup cheese on top.
