A delicious one-bite cranberry, jalapeño, chives, cream cheese stuffed crescent appetizer, baked to perfection, that will have family and friends asking for more and begging for the recipe! Best of all, they’re a cinch to make, calling for only 5 simple ingredients!

Ingredients
4ouncescream cheese, at room temperature
3Tablespoonsdried cranberries, chopped
1Tablespoon chives, chopped
1teaspoon jalapeño pepper/chile, seeded and finely diced
1can(8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dough sheet OR 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Line two cookie sheets with foil or parchment paper.
In a medium size bowl, add cream cheese, cranberries, jalapeño and chives and mix well.
On a clean countertop or cutting board, roll out crescent rolls. Press seams together (if using regular crescent rolls) and form into a rectangle shape.
With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut 6 rows by 4 rows, for a total of 24 squares.
Fill each square with a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture. Bring the 4 corners of each square together and pinch closed, leaving small gaps between the seams.
Place the crescent bites evenly on a cookie sheet and bake on the middle rack of the oven for 11 to 13 minutes, they are ready when they start to turn light golden brown.
