Ingredients
20salami slices
4-6ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature(use more or less)
30banana pepper slices(use more or less)
Instructions
On a clean countertop or cutting board, make 4 rows with 5 salami in each, all overlapping each other, forming a rectangle.
Carefully spread cream cheese that’s softened to room temperature evenly over salami, leaving a little border.
Top the cream cheese with banana peppers evenly in a single layer.
Carefully roll the salami at the long end, rolling it tightly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour to allow the cream cheese to firm up, to make for easy cutting. When ready, cut into bite size pieces.
Place a toothpick in the center of each roll-up and serve.
