Made the Mongolian beef last Saturday. For the two of us we got 5 meals out of it. I added rice as a side. I left the gravy a little thin (my fault) but it was still very tasty. I should have tasted the Hoisin sauce for sweetness as the brown sugar added too much sweetness. The crock pot cooked it in 2 hours. We’ll have it again.
