UPDATE April 23, 2014: Yesterday I adapted this recipe using a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Original Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix, along with an 11 oz. can of Mexicorn (variation recipe below)…it was awesome! If I had to choose between the two recipes, this new version would be my pick! My friends gobbled it up and asked for the recipe! Grab the recipe below.
Fiesta Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- *1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dip – (reduce amount for less intense flavor)
- 10 ounce can Rotel Original (drain excess liquid)
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Chill in fridge for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Great with veggies too! Enjoy!
Tips for “jazzing” up the dip (grab recipe below):
- Add a can of mexicorn or sweet corn (drained). I LOVE this dip with corn added!
- Top with finely shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and olives.
