Princess Cookies, one of my absolute favorite holiday treats, and so simple to make. These sweet and salty cookies (more like candies) are my friends and family favorite. Make these for the holidays. You will thank me.
I shared these sweet and salty, to-die-for treats, back in December of 2011, along side another favorite holiday treat, Rolo Turtles. Because these are so darn good, I thought they deserved their own post and to be shared again. Made with Wheat Thins (yes, Wheat Thins, trust me….these are awesome), creamy peanut butter, good white chocolate and topped with sprinkles – you will want to make extra for yourself and stash them away.
A big shout out and thank you to my friend, Stacey, for sharing this awesome recipe! I love you. I love these cookies.
